The hotel has a fantastic continental breakfast selection available all day, but noise from doors was bothersome at night.

I had a lovely stay, but the shower was cold as, and the snack bar could do with better coffee options. The staff were super friendly, though!

Some parts shine, others fall flat
Friendly staff welcomed us and showed us around, making for a delightful check-in experience. The continental breakfast had an impressive selection and was even available all day, which is a lovely touch!
Some noise from doors during the night could disrupt a peaceful sleep, and finding suitable parking in the area proved to be a hassle.

The bed was super comfy, but I had a cold shower.

The hotel has a cozy and charming atmosphere.
I was quite frustrated with the hot water situation. my partner had only a brief warm shower before it turned cold, and I had to endure an entirely cold shower myself. the room felt warm overnight due to non-opening windows, even with a fan provided, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To top it off, parking was limited, adding to my stress as I tried to find a suitable spot for our car.

The hotel feels cozy with exceptionally friendly staff, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout. Although I enjoyed the all-day snack bar and the very comfortable lounge, the hot water situation was disappointing during my shower. it’s a lovely stay.

Had a lovely solo stay! The room was cozy, and the staff were super friendly. I enjoyed chilling in the spacious living room with the comfy sofas. They even have a snack bar, which was great, but the coffee selection could be better. nice place and close to Llandudno center!

Excellent location in a quiet area, just a stroll from the seafront (perfect for sunset walks! ). The rooms were impeccably clean, and I particularly enjoyed the inviting residents' lounge with snacks available all day!
A kettle in the room would be a nice addition for those cozy evenings.
